How do I ship my product? Within 7 to 10 business day of validating your proof of purchase you will receive a recycling kit and shipping instructions in the mail. You are responsible for the packing of your current product according to the instructions provided and the return shipping of your projector for recycle. What is an acceptable Proof of Purchase (POP)? Acceptable forms of proof of purchase are a sales invoice (preferred); a packing slip (must provide your name, purchase date, purchase amount, model and serial numbers).
