Protect the Environment: Recycling your product responsibly through the Mitsubishi Recycling Program protects the environment by ensuring the product is disposed of in accordance with the latest EPA guidelines. It's easy!  Follow these simple steps: 1.  Complete an online claim. 2.  Purchase a new eligible Mitsubishi Projector. 3.  Submit your proof of purchase. 4.  Receive a recycling kit and shipping instructions. 5.  Ship your old projector to be recycled. Eligible products Products eligible for purchase are listed on the claim form. For every projector recycled, a new eligible Mitsubishi Projector must be purchased. Confirmation message You will receive a Confirmation Email message upon successful on-line claim completion. We recommend that you keep a copy for your records.  This message will contain instructions on the next steps to complete your transaction. Back to Top GENERAL SERVICES Shipping It is important to use the shipping instructions included in your recycling kit. Within 7 to 10 business day of validating your proof of purchase you will receive a recycling kit and shipping instructions in the mail. You are responsible for the packing of your current product according to the specific packing instructions that will be provided to you, as well as ensuring the correct shipping address of your projector for recycle. Then ship your package using the shipping carrier of your choice. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your product for recycle. Canceling a recycle In the event you wish to cancel your recycle, simply send an email that includes your name and quote number to mitsubishirecycle@marketvelocity.com requesting that your recycled projector to be canceled. Market Velocity, Inc. will send you an email confirming the cancellation. You may be asked, but not required, to provide a reason as to why you opted to cancel the recycle..
